We value your business and want you to feel confident booking our services and purchasing our products.

Yoga, Reiki, and Trainings

• Reiki session cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund.
• Class Cancellations: Cancellations must be made prior to the class start time in order to receive credit toward a future class.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled class and do not cancel in advance will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Return Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the limited inventory of our collections, all clothing and jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or personal preference.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To report an issue, email us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged item

Replacement Policy

• If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will issue a replacement of the same item once the original item has been returned and inspected.
• If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for replacement.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
