AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JP Clothing regarding your use of www.jpclothingandyoga.com (the “Site”). The Site allows for online bookings for yoga classes, Reiki sessions, trainings, and purchases of clothing and jewelry.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
1. Services and Products
We offer yoga classes, Reiki sessions, trainings, and online sales of clothing/jewelry. Descriptions are provided on the Site. All offerings are subject to availability and may change at our discretion. All product details, materials, and sizing are described on the Site — please review carefully before purchasing. Products are sold as-is, and all sales are final.
2. Bookings and Purchases
Bookings/purchases require accurate information and full payment. Confirmation is issued upon payment. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If this happens, you will receive a full refund promptly.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are in USD, displayed on the Site, and subject to change. Taxes/fees may apply. Payments are processed securely via GoDaddy Payments.
4. Cancellations & Return Policy
Yoga, Reiki & Training Cancellations: Reiki session cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. Class cancellations must be made prior to class start time to receive credit toward a future class. No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or credit. Training deposits are non-refundable unless the training is cancelled by JP Clothing & Yoga.
Clothing & Jewelry — All Sales Final: Due to the limited inventory of our collections, all clothing and jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or personal preference. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement of the same item once returned and inspected. If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. That said, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
6. Liability
We take every precaution to provide a safe, welcoming experience. That said, participation in yoga and Reiki sessions involves physical activity, and you do so at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, JP Clothing & Yoga is not liable for injuries or losses.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Site are owned by JP Clothing. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Termination
We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms. We’ll always try to reach out first.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes will be handled in Lee County, Florida.
10. Dispute Resolution and Indemnification
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Florida or small claims court. You agree not to hold JP Clothing & Yoga responsible for claims that arise from misuse of our services or products.
